The City of Flagstaff, AZ as sponsor for Flagstaff Pulliam Airport has established an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Goal in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23. The City of Flagstaff, AZ/Flagstaff Pulliam Airport anticipates receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation (DOT) for projects during the period of Federal Fiscal Years 2023 through 2025 and as a condition of receiving this assistance, must comply with 49 CFR Part 23.
The City of Flagstaff, AZ/Flagstaff Pulliam Airport has established an overall annual ACDBE goal for non-car rental ACDBE participation of 1.00% of the total dollar amount of annual non-car rental concession revenues. The Airport has also established a car rental ACDBE goal of 1.00% of annual car rental concession revenues.
